Refund Policy

Initial consultations are free, so no refund applies.

Project deposits cover planning, scheduling and the first stage of work. They are refundable in full if you cancel before work begins, and non-refundable once work has started.

If you cancel a project, you pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any amount paid beyond that will be refunded within 14 days.

Completed and approved milestones are not refundable.

Monthly services such as store management, social media and SEO can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for the current month are not refundable.

Money paid directly to advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) is controlled by those platforms and cannot be refunded by us.
