Terms & Conditions

Technomiles provides software development, website development, e-commerce setup and management, design, digital marketing and SEO services. The exact scope of each project is set out in the proposal or quote we agree with you.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Projects start after a 50% deposit; the balance is due on delivery, or in agreed milestones for larger projects. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.

Late payments may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

You agree to provide the content, access, approvals and feedback we need on time. Delays on your side may affect the timeline and cost.

You confirm that any content you give us (text, images, logos) is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it.

Ownership of the final deliverables — designs, content and source code created for you — passes to you once all invoices are paid in full. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and code libraries, which we license to you for use in your project.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services to you.

Many projects rely on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google and social networks. We are not responsible for their policies, fees, outages or account decisions.

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project or service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point. See our Refund Policy for details.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Rawalpindi.
