RESULTS
Jawa Jewelers is a fine-jewellery retailer with more than 20 years in the trade, selling gold chains, diamond jewellery, custom pieces and pre-owned luxury watches from their store in Missouri and online.
They wanted an online store that felt as premium as their showroom, and one team to look after their marketplace accounts as the catalogue grew.
Products were listed differently on every channel, photos were inconsistent, and keeping stock and prices in sync between the website, Amazon and eBay took hours of manual work each week.
The old store also made it hard for shoppers to browse by type, metal and budget — the way people actually shop for jewellery.
We designed a dark, gold-accented Shopify theme built around large imagery, clear categories (necklaces, bracelets, pendants, earrings, watches) and a simple path from collection to checkout.
We restructured the catalogue with consistent titles, specs and photography, connected inventory across Shopify, Amazon and eBay, and now manage listings, pricing and orders on all three channels day to day.
